Carol, your journey has been incredible—from a small village in Paraná, Brazil, to pursuing your career in Los Angeles. What’s something about you that would surprise most people who meet you for the first time?
Carol: Something that people always get surprised about is: my nationality is Brazilian, and I'm only 19 years old (laughs). People never imagine that I came so young and alone to build my career in Los Angeles. In fact, there are many peculiar facts that no one would imagine, but I would say that the ones that leave people most intrigued for more details are: I've taken a coffee preparation course, therefore, I really love and need specialty coffee every day, hahaha. Also, my hair is not naturally blond like this (I swear that people truly think my hair is really that white). I'm also passionate about bodybuilding; it's definitely a lifestyle coming along with my music life.
You’ve expressed such a genuine desire to bring joy and positivity to others. How do you envision your work—both musically and beyond—impacting the world in the long term?
Carol: I sincerely have a very strong inner desire to bring contagious joy to people. I see more and more that the world's population is gradually suffering way stronger and, above all the problems, I want to provide the comfort of happiness and joy—to show the brightness that life provides. I hope that with gradual growth, I will be able to help with greater effectiveness and propagation in future projects beyond music to spread the joy.
That quote you live by—"Be strong, courageous, and grateful because the wind will always blow stronger closer to the mountain peak on the climb to the victory"—is truly inspiring. Can you share how this philosophy has shaped your journey so far?
Carol: Absolutely. That quote has been like a guide for me. Life isn’t easy, especially when you’re young and chasing big dreams far from home. But this mindset helps me stay resilient and keep moving forward. Every obstacle or challenge feels like proof that I’m getting closer to where I’m meant to be. Gratitude and courage keep me grounded, even in the toughest moments.
Who are some of your biggest musical inspirations, and how do they influence your creative process, particularly in the pop genre?
Carol: I do have musical inspirations in different musical genres. I feel that this versatility can make my creativity grow in different aspects, but I can say that the bigger inspirations for Pop, my main genre, are Britney Spears, Dua Lipa, Sabrina Carpenter, and Miley Cyrus.

Being in the public eye can be both exciting and challenging. How has your growing presence in the spotlight shaped your ability to build authentic connections with likeminded individuals and peers in the industry?
Carol: I believe that being in the spotlight can affect things, but a strong mind is able to control it. I feel that humility and discipline in achieving my goals and evolving as an artist allows me to have a much more conscious mind to differentiate between people and social circles. Time has brought me maturity, along with a filter to truly understand the people who truly connect with me and evolve me as a person.
In early September, you debuted your single "I GUESS." How has your audience responded to it, and what has the release meant for you as an artist?
Carol: Fortunately, it has been really well received. Since it was my debut single, there were some doubts about how my audience would accept this new release, but happily, it has been great. The press and critics have given it a positive review, and "I GUESS" has been gradually increasing in streams, with new opportunities and placements on new playlists. I am strongly happy and grateful that my fans, not only from the US but also from Latin America and European countries, have been growing and showing great affection and support for me and my music.
Can you recall the moment you first realized you were destined to perform? What was it about music that made you know this was your life’s calling?
Carol: My love for music and to perform has existed for countless years. I believe that having a childhood in Brazil surrounded by a diversity of musical genres, with a beautiful acoustic piano in the living room and the opportunity to take singing and dancing lessons, drastically grew my passion. It only made the brightness for music evolve to the point where I no longer saw any sense in spending my life without being able to express who I am and what I live for through music.
Lastly, what’s one piece of advice or inspiration you’d like to share with your fans and followers—something that reflects your journey and what you stand for?
Carol: Give yourself the chance to pursue your dreams, even when you are afraid. Every day, I see people giving up on what they love the most because they believe that they will only be ready to evolve and achieve their goals after they are firm and completely secure, and that’s a lie. I can confirm for sure that your greatest idol and inspiration is afraid and insecure in many of their projects. The difference is that they gave themselves the chance to try when they were afraid and persisted consistently. I could name an endless list of things that could have stopped me, but thinking negatively won't get me anywhere. So again, for my fans: at least allow yourself to try. You deserve to live what you love.
